We offer telephone consultations as some patients find this a convenient alternative to attending the practice. The receptionist will ask you if your problem can be dealt with on the phone. If you agree, a telephone appointment will be booked and the duty doctor will telephone you back. Please make sure that you are available to take the call. Telephone consultations are usually taken before 10.30am.
